Can I purchase a spot in a Create-it! Workshop for my friend?
To give everyone equal opportunity to sign up for our Create-it! Workshops, we ask that you sign up only for yourself. If you would like to attend a Create-it! Workshop with a friend, agree together on the day and time you'd like to attend the Workshop and register separately. Workshop schedules and descriptions will be available online (for planning purposes) on July 20th, before sign-ups begin on July 28th.


Can I reserve more than one seat in the Kick-off Crop or Crop Around Town?
Depending on availability, you may reserve up to four seats in any of the Kick-off Crops or Crop Around Town crops. You will be required to pay for all four seats and provide names, phone numbers and email addresses for each of the seats you reserve. Please note that at the Mall of America store and Rotunda locations, even though you may reserve up to four seats, each customer may attend only one crop at either of these locations. This includes the Mall of America store and Rotunda Kick-off Crops and both Friday and Saturday night Crops Around Town.


Can my child attend a Create-it! Workshop or sit beside me while I attend?
Children over the age of 12 are welcome to register and attend, but must be accompanied by a registered adult. Because we want to provide you and other ScrapFest attendees with the peaceful weekend getaway you deserve, young children and babies are not allowed in paid Workshops or crops.


Am I required to purchase a badge to attend the event?
Yes. Your badge is your ticket to the event and the vendor-booth make & takes, and you won't want to miss out on the fabulous free gift that comes with every badge; a gorgeous paper-pack made exclusively for Archiver's!


Can I cancel a Create-it! Workshop I've already paid for?
Should you cancel any workshops after your credit card has been billed for those workshops, your money will be refunded in the form of a credit on your credit card. However, you will incur a $10 cancellation charge. The charge will be incurred per cancellation session, rather than per individual workshop cancellation. No workshop cancellations may be made after 11:59pm CDT on August 30th. Your ScrapFest badge is nonrefundable. Should you decide to reschedule and purchase another workshop, the cancellation charge will be applied as a credit towards your next workshop purchase. How do I sign up for Crop Around Town?
Click here to get more information about Crop Around Town, a series of brand-sponsored crops at each of our Twin Cities Archiver's stores. To sign up, call the store that's offering the crop you wish to attend. At the Mall of America Archiver's store and the new Rotunda location, there is a limit of one crop night per customer. You may sign up to attend Crop Around Town at this location on Friday or Saturday night, but not both. Feel free to attend a crop event at another store.

Do I need a ticket to get into the event, Crop Around Town, or the Create-it! Workshop that I've signed up for?
Aside from your ScrapFest badge, no tickets are required to get into the event, workshops, or crops but the event organizers will have a list of attendees for workshops and crops so you may be asked to show your ID to enter.


Do I have to register at the event even if I've already paid for my Create-it! Workshops?
You will need to pick up your event materials, including badge, free gift, and event passport. You may pick up your event materials on Thursday night 4:00pm-9:30pm at Archiver's in Mall of America or at our check-in table in the Rotunda on Friday from 8:00am-6:00 pm, Saturday 8:00am-6:00pm, or on Sunday 10:00am-2:00pm.


How/When will I receive final confirmation of my Create-it! Workshop schedule?
Your final itinerary of workshops will be sent to you via e-mail on Wednesday, September 2nd.


What kind of supplies do I need to bring to the Create-it! Workshop I signed up for?
A workshop supplies list is included online on the detail page for each workshop; this will also be included in the e-mail you receive detailing your final workshop itinerary.


How do I pick up my badge and free gift?
You may pick up your event materials on Thursday night 4:00pm-9:30pm at Archiver's in Mall of America or at our check-in area in the Rotunda on Friday from 8:00am-6:00pm, Saturday 8:00am-6:00pm, or on Sunday 10:00am-2:00pm.


If I don't want to attend a vendor Make & Take or Create-it! Workshop, can I pick up a kit instead?
Since many of the Make & Takes and Create-it! Workshops require shared supplies and tools, you cannot pick up a kit to take with you. Attendees are not guaranteed every Make & Take in each vendor booth—how many you are able to complete is dependent upon your time, the lines at each booth, and availability. Pick your favorites and plan accordingly.

Some select, leftover workshop kits may be available for purchase in the Hot Spot Outpost (located in the Rotunda) each day—check back often to see what's available!


What are the Archiver's store hours in Mall of America?
Archiver's in Mall of America will be open Thursday 9:30am-12:00am, Friday and Saturday from 8:30am-12:30am, and Sunday 10:00am-7:00 pm.
